Mr. Shashi Tripathi heads SHYAM ELECTROMECH SOLUTION with hands-on leadership built over 24 years in switchyards, substations, CRM complexes, and full plant electrification packages—not from the office alone, but from live commissioning floors in India and overseas.
His career spans OEM and contractor environments—testing & commissioning of power and distribution transformers, HV/LV panels, scheme testing, and protective systems from Alstom, ABB, L&T, Siemens, GE, and other major OEMs. He has led electrical teams for steel, metal, and process plants where schedule, safety, and quality cannot be negotiated.

11 kV to 66 kV installation & commissioning packages delivered on live plant sites
From 11 kV distribution substations to 66 kV switchyard commissioning, Mr. Tripathi has executed complete electrical packages—transformer bays, HT/LT switchgear, protection schemes, testing by injection kit, and energisation support for steel and power projects.
Scope typically includes transformers, HT/LT panels, bus duct, protection relays, breaker servicing, oil sampling, and scheme testing before handover to operations.
